MANUFACTURING TERMINALS SINCE 1957....
BRASS TERMINALS | COPPER TERMINALS | ALUMINIUM TERMINALS | EYELETED TERMINALS | CUSTOM STAMPING and more...
Your one stop solution for miniature sheet metal stamping components and more....

Our range of terminals covers the “needs of the entireelectronic,  electrical and automotive harness industry. We at Sweetone Industries also provides crimping and wire harness services as a value addition for our customers. Terminals help wires and cables form end connection. The various types of Terminals are:

1. Male-Female Terminal

2. Ring Terminals

3. Fork Terminals

Brass terminals are made from brass which is a copper alloy, and it consists mainly of copper and zinc. They are commonly used in electrical applications due to their excellent conductivity, durability, and resistance to corrosion. These are some important things that one should know about brass terminals.

Attributes and Benefits

Electric Conductivity: Brass has good electrical conductivity hence effective transmission of electric signals and power.

Longevity: Made of resistant materials, these terminals can endure mechanical stress making them suitable for various environments.

Corrosion Resistance: Moisture environments barely affects the material this means it does not corrode easily thus maintaining long-term electrical performance.

Malleability: Brass is relatively soft providing room for exact fabrication of terminal shapes/sizes.

Types of Brass Terminals

Ring Terminals: Circular receptacles that encircle a bolt or screw creating a secure connection.

Spade Terminals: Fork-like shape makes them easy to put onto or remove from blocks or connections points at terminus ends.

Butt Connectors: Cylindrical connectors which link two wires together end-to-end.

Male and Female Disconnects: Where cables can be disconnected then connected again, they connect the wires together but also allow disconnection when necessary.
